Terrace apartment located in a magnificent villa. The Rose-Phoenix villa is located on Rue du Calvaire in the village of Anses d'Arlet, one of The most authentic villages in Martinique. It is 300m from the Caribbean Sea, the beach and small shops as well as the carbet where fishermen sell their fish fresh.
The villa enjoys a magnificent 270° view of the Caribbean Sea Anses d'Arlet and the surrounding green hills. Creole style, with wooden shutters with jealousy, it was completely renovated in early 2013.

The terrace apartment
The terrace apartment, on the floor of the villa, rental for 4 to 8 people, has a view of the 4 cardinal points. Punch tray (small pool) with terrace to share with the apartment on the ground floor.
A teak dining room dominates the sea from the large terrace, it is extended by a terrace on the entire facade which, facing south-west, allows you to admire the sumptuous sunsets while having an aperitif. Lots of sun loungers.
There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with double bed overlooks the terrace with sea view, a second with double bed with garden view and the last perfect for children accommodates up to 3 people in single beds. All beds are equipped with mosquito nets, all rooms have closets. The sheets are provided and changed each week of full occupancy, the beds are made before your arrival.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is with an independent toilet and 1 toilet, complete this exceptional comfort. In one of them, you will find the washing machine. The toilet is provided.
A large living room with indoor dining room, sofa, armchairs offers all the comforts, TNT flat screen TV, WIFI throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction plates, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, all cutlery and equipment are provided. A window can be used as a hatch.
A cooler is provided for the picnic.
The garden
A flower garden common to the 2 apartments, equipped with hammock, punch tray and sun loungers, shaded by the huge Phoenix palm tree that gave its name to the house, allows naps in the cool and quiet.
The village / The beach
This fishing village came second in the show "The most beautiful village of France" in 2020, is a very sought after place for its calm and snorkeling. Les Anses d'Arlet offers a popular anchorage, you can admire many boats …
On the beach you will find several restaurants with their feet in the sand offering Creole cuisine.
